Freedom Munitions operates a "like-new" process on remanufactured ammunition, using new projectiles, powder and primer to ensure the factory ammo performance that discriminating shooters expect. Every cartridge case is inspected for defects. Our Scharch Range Master machines are fully automated and each case is checked for any debris and pressure tested for any splits or cracks. Primers are removed, flash holes are cleared, and primer pockets are reamed to accept new primers. new primers. From that point the cases are acid washed and sized by our own designed machinery for commercial resizing to meet S.A.A.M.I specifications.
